Amorici is a New York Farm Winery, engaging in sustainable farming practices. It is located in Southern Washington County; a short drive from the Capital District. Amorici produces handcrafted, naturally processed wines sourced entirely from New York State grown grapes. Amorici grows four varieties of cold, hearty grapes—Aromella, Kay Gray, Fontenac, and Marquette—others are sourced from the Finger Lakes region and Long Island.

Amorici welcomes visitors to its farm winery in Valley Falls, New York for tastings and winery tours.
Look for the wine-tour map, sponsored by Upper Hudson Valley Wine Trail. Amorici will be one of the wineries profiled. Amorici is also a member of the Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail.

Upcoming Events and Tastings

The 11th annual Tour of the Battenkill bike race is April 18-19. We will be at the Washington County Fair Grounds alongside the finish line having a great time with wine tastings. 11AM-5PM.

Food and Wine Pairing at Market Bistro in Latham

Thursday April 23rd 6pm to 8pm

In conjunction with Market Bistros Cooking School, Chef Winnek will join Joe in an evening of great food and great wines. Watch a demonstration of each course and discuss food and wines with Joe. Sign up quickly space is limited and going quickly. Priced at $50 dollars per person for food and wine.


The evening will start with a Baked Brie en Croute with crackers and fresh fruit served with Dry Rose.

First course

A creamy Spring Pea Risotto with Duck confit and crispy Pancetta

Second course

A trio of grilled Game Sausages of Braised Red Lentils, Wilted Dandelion greens and a Balsamic Fig gastrique

Pan seared Lamb lollipops with a Cabernet Mint Demi Glace, caramelized Rainbow Carrots, Goat Cheese and Leek Bread Pudding
